Incorporation

Odessa Affordable Housing, Inc. (OAHI) was incorporated in June 2000. OAHI’s incorporation was sponsored by Odessa Housing Finance Corporation. OAHI is a 501©3 Charitable Organization, having received its IRS determination letter dated May 29, 2001. OAHI received CHDO certification from the Department of Housing and Community Affairs in November 2001.
