Pre-purchase & Credit Counseling
These services are for anyone interested in improving or establishing their credit. The counseling appointment consists of a full credit report that will not hurt your credit. Also included is budgeting if needed, and pre-purchase counseling for homebuyers. Although we focus on homebuying and affordable housing, our services are for anyone regardless if you are buying a home or just want to improve your credit. Fee for services is $50 per individual and is a private appointment.

Homebuyer Education
Homebuyer Education is an 8 hour class held in a group setting. This class is for individuals in the process of purchasing a home. It may also be required for some mortgage loan programs and down payment assistance programs. This class is $50 and is valid for 1 year. Class dates and times may vary.
